By booking a room through our Agra Tourism Roomstay Booking System, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Policy

• Advance payment is required to confirm booking.
• Full payment must be completed before check-in.
• Valid Government ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• Outside food & alcohol not allowed (unless approved by management).
• Management reserves the right of admission.

Stay Guidelines

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Guests must follow resort rules & safety guidelines.
• Loud music restricted after 10 PM.
• Pets allowed only with prior approval.
• Damages to property will be chargeable.
• Resort is not responsible for loss of valuables.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay Payment Gateway. Once payment is successfully completed, booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS.
