Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% charge for cancellation within 3–7 days of check-in.
  • No refund within 48 hours of check-in.
  • No refund for no-show or early checkout.
  • Date change subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7–10 working days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing time.
  • Service charges paid to payment gateway are non-refundable.
